A Tender Behind on YouTube

I was delighted when Jeannette today offered to use my build photos to make a slideshow that she intends eventually to put on YouTube.

She's pretty clued up on these things, unlike me, so I was more than happy to agree. She suggests we wait until we have the boats' bottoms wet before she finalises it for publication.

Importantly, we intend to make the slideshow available to our friends here. More on that later.

Please note that the original plan to video the launch and the shake-down stages is still in place. We will put that up on YouTube too but I will also put a copy into our on- site video player.

Where are you going to launch them/it, Bristol docks or Portishead boating lake?

Dunno yet but might give Chew Valley Lake a go first. Not far away and easy to reach from here. I need to think of Sherry's safety but I do hope to get her on the Channel eventually.

There's also a marine lake on the foreshore at Clevedon that I could use for some training, I suppose.

Why? Do you wanna come along to share in the fun? If so, you would, of course, be most welcome.
