Here's a couple of pics from JW of an epoxying stick shape that works really well (see my blog for the difference it has made to the neatness of my epoxying).

The idea is that you spread the epoxy into the corners using the flat face, then you make the fillet using the radius edge. Note that you should not use this shape for mixing because you need a square edged stick that enables you to scrape the mix off the bottom and sides of your mixing tub.

You can make a load of these from any decent offcuts. Great tip that really makes epoxying fillets a breeze! Thanks John. ;)
