Here's an interesting one about building your own cold moulded spars. It's written by a chap called David Goodchild and I found it here (http://www.diybob.com/coldmoulded.htm).
I have copied it here as an attachment as the website appears to offer itself up as freeware for anyone who wants to use it. I have to say it is the first I have heard of this suggested technique. Has anyone else any experience of doing it this way?

Like I said, it's interesting but I'm not too sure about the structural integrity in such spars. The website name, 'DIYBob,' doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. Comments by the more experienced would be gratefully received.
